Joie can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests when tables and chairs are set up. For standing or more open formats, the space can fit a few more. When in doubt, drop us a message and we'll help you figure out the best setup.

The studio is 421 sqft — a cozy and versatile space perfect for creative shoots, product styling, and workshops or even a quiet celebration with your loved ones.

Yes! Feel free to bring your little loved ones along. We just ask that you leave the space clean and tidy after your session.

There is no restroom inside the studio itself, but there are public restrooms just a few steps away for your convenience.

Absolutely! All furniture is fully movable — tables, chairs and props can all be rearranged to suit your workshop. Make the space yours.

Our studio operates on a self-service basis. You will receive a smart lock code to enter the space. While there is no staff on site, we provide all the information you’ll need for a smooth experience. If you face any issues during your booking, we’re just a WhatsApp message or call away to support you.

Absolutely! We're happy to help make your session as smooth as possible. Do note that assistance is subject to availability and may incur additional charges — please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

Your booking time includes your setup and teardown time, so we recommend factoring that in when making your reservation.

Yes, there is nearby parking available within 3-5 minutes walk from the studio.

We do not issue refunds, but we’re happy to offer studio credit for cancelled bookings. To reschedule and claim your full credit, please notify us at least 48 hours before your booking start time. You may then rebook your preferred date or time (subject to studio availability). If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, there will be strictly no refund or studio credit issued.

Extensions are subject to availability. Please check with us during your booking, and we’ll be happy to advise you.

If you arrive late, your booking will still end at the original scheduled end time to avoid affecting the next booking. Unfortunately, we cannot shift your session for late arrivals. Extensions are subject to availability.
