Refund policy
You can return any original-priced product for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order for orders.
For service bookings (such as decorations, floral arrangements, or event styling), cancellations are not allowed. You may request a change of date, but this must be done at least 1 month before the original service date. Requests made less than 1 month before the service may incur a penalty. This helps us plan your experience with care while still offering some flexibility.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift cards, sales items, discounted items (includes items purchased during flash sales, with discount codes or store credits), intimates, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items are not eligible for return. Orders placed with discount codes and Store Credits issued from promotions or credited from previous items returned are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at joyours.co@gmail.com and we will advise accordingly.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return reference number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in and endorsed accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed or any unendorsed forms. In the event that you have misplaced the form, please email us at joyours.co@gmail.com to request for a copy.
All returns must be mailed back via a trackable source such as SingPost's registered mail or courier; and must reach us within 10 working days for local orders or 20 working days for international orders, from the date you receive your item. We will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel and there will also be no compensation for any lost mails.
All items will be inspected upon return. In the event that the item is found to be not suitable for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no store credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process of mailing the item back for the return will have to be borne by the customer. Returns are accepted and processed via mailings strictly only. You will be responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
All accepted returns will be issued store credits within 7 working days upon receiving the item, and valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable.
