Shipping policy

Courier delivery is available for all orders with a Singapore address. Every parcel is tracked and shipped from our Singapore office through our trusted third-party delivery partners.

Delivery rates vary by product, and the most updated fees will always be shown on each product listing. Please refer to the individual listing for accurate information.

Order fulfilment usually takes 1–2 working days, and delivery typically requires an additional 3–5 working days. During sale periods or peak seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 working days to receive your orders. Thank you for your patience as we prepare and deliver everything with care.

Self-collection is available at Northshore Drive. To opt for this, select “Self Collect” during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you with collection details and instructions on where to pick up your orders.
