It's simple! You can reach out to us at Joyours or contact thejoekid directly to check on availability and discuss your package. Once everything is confirmed, simply place your deposit via our listing on Joyours to secure your date.
How much is each package?
For the most updated pricing, we recommend reaching out to thejoekid directly — he will be able to share the latest packages and help you find the one that feels just right for you.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable, as it goes towards reserving your date exclusively for you. Please ensure you are ready to commit before placing your deposit.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is paid directly to thejoekid once the full package price has been finalised.
Can I reschedule my session?
Rescheduling is subject to thejoekid's availability. Please notify thejoekid as early as possible so he can work something out for you.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made after the deposit has been placed will forfeit the deposit. We understand that plans can change, and we will always try our best to find a solution together.
What if the photographer needs to cancel?
In the unlikely event that thejoekid is unable to fulfil the session, you will be contacted immediately. Payments made for any unfulfilled services will be fully refunded, while completed services will not be eligible for a refund.
