Please ensure that your contact details are correct so we can reach out to you for your special dates. Alternatively, you may also contact us in advance before checking out to reserve them for you.
Self collection is available at Northshore Drive on weekdays. We offer delivery and collection at your convenience — each at $60. We offer optional add-on services: photo printing (5 pieces) at $60, assembly at $60, and dismantling at $60.
Security deposit will be collected upon collection. Full refund of security deposit when items are returned in original condition. Rental is only confirmed upon receiving the rental fee. In the case of cancellation within 1 month before the rental date, rental fee will be forfeited.
Please take note batteries will not be included, please prepare 10 x AA. AA batteries are available for sale via here and CR3032 batteries are available via here.

Can I extend the rental period?
Yes, extensions are possible depending on availability. Do let us know in advance so we can reserve the set for you. An additional monthly rental fee will apply.
What is the purpose of the deposit?
The deposit serves as a security bond to ensure the set is returned on time and in good condition. It will be fully refunded once the items are returned clean and without damage.
Is the set new or pre-used?
Our sets are pre-loved and rented out for multiple weddings. Rest assured, they are always carefully cleaned and sanitized before every use.
Do I need to clean the bowls set before returning?
Yes, we kindly ask that you rinse and clean the set before returning. This helps us keep it in good condition for the next couple. If the set is returned unwashed, a cleaning fee of $20 will be deducted from the deposit.
What happens if the bowls are damaged/ missing?
A replacement fee will apply if items are chipped, broken, or missing.
How do I collect and return the rental?
You can self-collect and return at our location, or arrange for delivery/collection with an additional fee.
