For customers who require express service, production will take 5 working days after the artwork is confirmed, excluding delivery time. Please note that express orders are charged at twice the standard rate.

Please cart out the exact number of pieces you would like to order, with a minimum of 30 pieces per design. If you wish to order fewer than the minimum quantity, please contact us — we would be happy to discuss options with you.

Please note that colours may appear differently on various screens, and the final printed product may also look slightly different in real life. Variations can occur due to different printing materials and printing batches.

Please ensure your contact details are correct. We will contact you via email/ whatsapp on the confirmation of designs before printing. Upon confirmation, we will send the artwork for printing and no edit would be accepted.

FAQ

How big is the placement card?

They come in A6 size (10.5cm x 14.8cm) when unfolded, and fold neatly into A7 size (10.5cm x 7.4cm)—a perfectly petite detail that rests gracefully on your table.

Can I customise the cards?

Yes, you may customise the text on the cards, such as names and quotes. To retain the essence of the design, we highly recommend keeping to the original colours and fonts.

How long is the lead time?

For standard orders, the lead time is 15 working days after the design is confirmed. Express orders will be completed within 5 working days after confirmation of the design.

Can I order less than the minimum order quantity?

Yes, it is possible to order fewer than the MOQ, but the price per piece will be higher. If you have a specific quantity in mind, let us know and we will advise you on the costs.

Will I get to review the design before printing?

Yes! A digital proof will be sent to you for review and approval before we proceed with printing. Do take time to check for any spelling or detail errors, as we are unable to make changes once printing starts.

Can I reprint or order more later on?

Absolutely! Reprints or top-up orders are possible. Please note that the price per piece will be higher for smaller quantities, but we will gladly advise you on the costs and guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer matching stationery?

Yes, we also design matching save-the-dates, RSVP cards, menus, and more to complete your wedding stationery set.

Do you offer fully customised placement cards?

Yes, if nothing in our collection catches your eye, feel free to reach out to us to create a bespoke design just for you.

Can I send my own design in?

Yes, you are welcome to send us your own artwork or design, and we will help you get it printed. Please note that our design fee still applies.

What are the options for delivery and self-collection?

We offer self-collection, standard delivery, and courier options. Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days, while self-collection is available at Northshore Drive. For same-day delivery via courier, there is a flat rate of $30. For full details, please check our Delivery & Collection page.
