From your first photo to your favourite memories, this mini setup tells the story of how you got to "I do." A moment for your guests to pause, smile, and feel the love — through pictures, little details, and pieces of your heart.

Self collection is available at Northshore Drive on weekdays. We offer delivery and collection at your convenience — each at $50. We offer optional add-on services: photo printing (5 pieces) at $50, assembly at $50, and dismantling at $50.
Security deposit will be collected upon collection. Full refund of security deposit when items are returned in original condition. Rental is only confirmed upon receiving the rental fee. In the case of cancellation within 1 month before the rental date, rental fee will be forfeited.
Please take note batteries will not be included, please prepare 10 x AA and 2 x CR3032 batteries. AA batteries are available for sale via here and CR3032 batteries are available via here.

How do I book the Photo Table?

How long can I rent the Photo Table for?
The minimum rental period is 3 days. Extensions are available with a small top-up.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit amount depends on the setup you choose. You can find the details under each listing.
Why is there a deposit required?
The deposit acts as a little security blanket — it helps cover any damage or missing items during your rental. Don’t worry, it will be fully refunded once everything is returned safely.
When should I book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your event to secure your preferred date and setup. For popular dates, it is best to book 2–3 months earlier to avoid disappointment!
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, we understand plans may change! Just let us know early — changes and cancellations made at least 1 month before your booking date will be handled smoothly.
Do you provide delivery and setup?
Yes, we do! Add on our delivery and setup service and we will handle everything for you, from transport to styling.
Can I self-collect and return the Photo Table?
Of course! You can self-collect from our studio and return it after your event. We will share all the collection details once your booking is confirmed.
Can I customise the table decorations?
Definitely! You can style it your way or let us design it for you — just share your vision and we will make it pretty.
Do you provide photo printing too?
Yes! Add on our photo printing service and we will print your favourite photos, ready to be displayed on your table.
