Our bespoke design service is a gentle collaboration — where your vision becomes art. Whether it’s an invitation, well wishes card, or place card, each piece is designed softly, beautifully, and entirely yours.

Express: 1-3 working days

For customers who require express service, design will take 1-3 working days after the ideas is confirmed. The duration stated above applies to the design process only and excludes any time required for printing (if applicable) and delivery (if applicable). Please note that express orders are charged at twice the standard rate.

Each bespoke design includes 1–3 initial design concepts based on your brief. Up to 5 rounds of minor revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur a small design fee. Once the final design is approved, no further changes can be made.

Please note that payments are non-refundable once the design process has commenced, even if the final or revised designs do not meet your preference. We appreciate your understanding, as time and creativity are devoted to each bespoke creation.

Please note that colours may appear differently on various screens, and the final printed product may also look slightly different in real life. Variations can occur due to different printing materials and printing batches.
