Simply add your preferred session to cart and proceed to checkout. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking — the remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your session date. For bookings less than 1 month before the session, full payment will be required to confirm your booking. Once your deposit is received, we'll be in touch to arrange your session date and time.

Yes, rescheduling is allowed. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to the session. Rescheduling to Sundays or Public Holidays will require an additional fee of $80.

The session will be held at Joie by Joyours, 318 Tanglin Road Phoenix Park. The location is accessible by both bus and car, with parking slots available on site. 

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially if you have a specific week in mind during your pregnancy. Popular slots can fill up quickly, so it's best not to leave it too close to your ideal shoot window of 28 to 36 weeks.

Both — and everything in between. We don't believe family photography has to be stiff or posed. Msan Collective's approach is relaxed and natural, capturing the genuine moments between you — the laughter, the quiet glances, and the little in-between moments that make your family uniquely yours. Of course, if you'd like some classic, more formal portraits too, we'll make sure to get those as well.

Absolutely — parents are welcome to stay in the studio throughout the session. For solo shots of your little one, you're welcome to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the magic happen while we take care of the rest.

Yes — family members are welcome to be present in the studio. Do note that the Sweet Mess packages are designed for solo shots of your little one. If you'd like family shots included, do reach out to us and we'll help you explore the right package.

Yes — Msan Collective is experienced in working with young children and knows exactly how to bring out their natural personality in front of the camera. The session is kept relaxed and playful so your little one feels completely at ease.

Completely normal — and nothing to worry about. Our photographer is patient and experienced with children of all temperaments. We never rush or force a pose. Sometimes the most beautiful shots come from the unscripted, in-between moments. If your child needs a short break, we'll work around it.

Yes — custom themed concepts can be arranged under a personalised session. Prior to your session, we'll have a short call and a questionnaire to better understand your vision and preferences so everything is styled just the way you'd like it.

All props and setups are carefully maintained and sanitised between sessions. If you'd like specific new props or decorations purchased for your session, this can be arranged at an additional cost and is subject to availability. Do let us know in advance and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Of course — personal touches make your photographs uniquely yours. Whether it's a pair of baby shoes, a meaningful keepsake, or a favourite blanket, you're welcome to bring along anything that holds significance to your family. Just let our photographer know in advance over WhatsApp so she can plan how to incorporate them beautifully into your session.

Yes — all smash cake sessions come with a sugar-free cake or cupcakes, made with your little one's safety in mind. If your child has any specific dietary requirements or allergies, do let us know in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

You're welcome to bring your own cake if you have a specific one in mind. Do let us know in advance so we can factor it into the session setup. Please ensure it is suitable for a smash cake session — soft enough for little hands to dig into.

Choose something comfortable that your little one can move freely in. Soft, neutral tones or pastels photograph beautifully and complement the studio aesthetic. Keep in mind that smash cake sessions can get a little messy — so bring a change of clothes and essentials like wipes and a small towel.

Yes — clothes rental is available upon request for all Sweet Mess packages. Let us know when you reach out after booking and we'll share what's available.

Our turnaround time is 3–4 weeks. This allows us to carefully select and edit each image, ensuring consistent quality throughout your gallery. If you need your photos sooner, a rush option is available at $100 for a 5 days turnaround after shoot date.

Every session goes through a careful culling and editing process. This means we select the strongest images and remove those that do not meet our delivery standards, such as blurred shots, closed eyes, test shots, duplicates, or otherwise unflattering images.

The number of images delivered varies depending on the session type, the flow of the session, and factors such as your baby's or child's comfort and cooperation. The estimated number of images included will always be stated in the package details.

Our focus is always on quality over quantity. Every delivered image is thoughtfully selected and professionally edited to ensure you receive the very best moments from your session.

Rest assured that we aim to return all good images captured during your session, including candid moments. Once your gallery is ready, you can choose the images that resonate most with you.

If your package includes a maximum number of delivered images and there are additional photographs that still meet our delivery standards, you may request to purchase extra images. We will first provide a proof gallery of the available images for your selection. Once you have made your choices, the additional images will be edited and uploaded to your gallery within 1–2 weeks.

For example, if your package includes 50 edited images and you would like to purchase 10 additional images, you may select 10 images from the proof gallery. These 10 images will then be edited and delivered, bringing your total gallery to 60 edited images.

We don’t provide RAW files as they are unprocessed and don’t reflect our final quality and style. We deliver all the best edited images from your session, including candid in between moments. Once your gallery is ready, you can take your time to go through it and choose the photos that resonate most with you.

Yes — beyond our studio at Joyours, we also offer outdoor and home sessions at the same package price. Simply select your preferred location when adding to cart, and we'll be in touch to coordinate the details with you.
